MACHINES.
ROADS.
STORIES.
Motorcycles sit somewhere between transportation, mechanics, and experience. This is where the machines themselves, learning to work on them, the roads they travel, and the memories built around them all meet.

Part mechanical. Part personal.
I like the hands-on side of motorcycles as much as the ride itself. Maintenance, troubleshooting, learning how systems work, making changes, and understanding a machine better over time are all part of the experience. This section is a place to collect those threads without pretending every lesson started with expertise.
The Machines
The motorcycles themselves: what I ride, what I have owned, what makes each machine interesting, and the details that turn a specification sheet into something personal.
Maintenance & Mechanics
Routine service, repairs, troubleshooting, tools, and the lessons that come from getting hands dirty. The emphasis here is on learning the machine rather than presenting a professional mechanic’s manual.
Changes & Improvements
Modifications do not always need to be dramatic. Comfort, usability, reliability, appearance, and small improvements can all change how a motorcycle feels and how well it fits its rider.
Rides & Stories
Some of the best motorcycle content is not about hardware at all. Routes, unexpected moments, places, weather, mistakes, and good days on the road are part of the story too.
Learning one bolt at a time.
I do not want this section to read like a polished shop manual. It is a record of learning: what I tried, what worked, what did not, and what I would do differently the next time.
The section grows with the miles.
As motorcycle notes and stories are added to the Field Notes, this page can become the index that ties them together—from maintenance and modifications to the experiences that make the machines worth keeping around.
